How do I print confirmation tickets online?
Printing tickets online is quick and easy. Simply follow the link in your
confirmation e- mail. You can print your tickets on any style printer -
color or black and white, laser or inkjet. Printing tickets is as simple
as printing any of your standard documents. If you forget your voucher the
voucher can be accessed from any computer that is linked to the internet: Voucher
Pick Up and Reprint (Link located on the left part of the web page.)
What happens if I print my tickets more than once?
You can print your print at home voucher as many times as you like, but when
you check in the code will be used as a confirmation. Once your confirmation
number is entered, any other copies will not be accepted - the system will
show that the ticket has already been used. Print your voucher as many times
as you like - they are only good for one Wharf Pass order.
Can I access my Wharf Pass Voucher/tickets at a later date?
Your confirmed order voucher will be available at any time simply by accessing
your account through your confirmation email or the web site using your confirmation
number and e-mail address. Go to: Voucher Pick
Up and Reprint (Link located on the left part of the web page.) Tickets
that are not yet confirmed will be listed with the current status on the same
web page.
Are there any discounts for children, senior citizens, military or multiple bookings?
Wharf Pass offers a great discount for these tours and activities. We offer only Adult and Child Rates for Wharf Pass.
Order 20 or more Wharf Pass Books and UPS Ground Shipping is included.
We do not offer AAA, AARP or Military Discounts.
Will my tour be cancelled if the weather is bad?
On the rare occasion when the weather is bad and the Tour Operator or Attraction
is forced to cancel a tour or activity an alternate date or time will be offered
by tour operator or attraction.
What hotels do you pick up from?
Hotel pick up is not offered for this pass. The Double Decker bus tour does
pick up in the Union Square area near Macy's and can be used for transportation to the Wharf.
What should I wear on my visit to San Francisco?
In the summer months in San Francisco you will want to dress for cool weather.
Tours North and South of the city may experience a 30-50 degree change in
temperature from the city. Don't forget a light jacket in case of the famous
San Francisco fog. In the winter wear layered clothing. Don't forget your
camera.
What if I need to change my reservation date or if someone in my party is unable to use the Pass?
There is no need to change the date on a Wharf Pass order. The date indicated
on your voucher is only an arrival date and not the date your Wharf Pass is
started. The Wharf Pass is good for 2 days from 1st use. Wharf Passes are
good for 90 days from purchase date.
Wharf Pass purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused portion of Wharf
Pass cannot be refunded.
Tips, Gratuities, Meals and Smoking:
The tip or gratuity for tour directors, drivers and other service staff is
at your discretion and not included in any tour pricing. Meals, Gratuities
and Souvenirs are not included on most tours unless specifically listed. In
California, no smoking in vehicles, public buildings, bars and restaurants.
How soon should we reserve our Wharf Pass?
By Mail: We recommend booking your reservations online at least two
weeks in advance if you want the Wharf Pass shipped by UPS to your US
or Canadian Address. (UPS shipping is an additional charge)
Print at Home Vouchers: Or easier yet you can book with our "print
at home" voucher and pick up your Wharf Pass at any of the Wharf Pass
attractions when you arrive in San Francisco.
Are the 45 additional discounts and offers limited to the 2-day period as well?
No. The additional discounts can be used any time during your visit to San Francisco. The current book and most of the 45 discounts and offers expire on December 31, 2008.

Wharf Pass Booking and Terms of Sale Information.
Confirmation, Travel Voucher and Photo ID
For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to
your E-Ticket Voucher at the time of booking. Please exchange this E-Ticket
voucher at any of the Wharf Pass Tour or Activity Locations.
Confirmed Vouchers are also available online through the
Voucher Pick Up or Reprint Link
on the left side of the tours web page.
Detailed information about hours of operation is listed on each specific tour or activity.
For security and to reduce fraud a Photo ID will be required by the attraction
or tour operator when you exchange your Wharf Pass Voucher for the Wharf
Pass Ticket Book(s). The last name on the Voucher must match the Photo ID.
Rates and Booking Procedure
Prices are per Wharf Pass. All transactions are in US Dollars. All prices
and availability are subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharges
may be added and collected on site by tour operators without notice.
If the authorization on the credit card provided is declined, we will
attempt to notify you by email at the email address you provided. The order
will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Wharf Pass purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused portion of
Wharf Pass cannot be refunded. Wharf Passes are non-transferable. ALL SALES
ARE FINAL.
Languages
All activities are conducted in English unless noted.
Tour Vehicles, Rerouting and Schedules
Tour Operators reserve the right to change the size of the vehicle to
meet the needs of tours for that specific day. All activities and tours
are weather permitting. Seasonal fog, special events, traffic, weather,
etc may alter route and activities without notice. Call attraction in advance
to confirm operating times and dates. Facilities may close for special
events and holidays without notice.
Additional Terms
Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
The date and time listed on vouchers is an indication of
your arrival not the date and time your Wharf Pass starts.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided. ALL SALES ARE
FINAL.
Your San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass is valid for two
days beginning the first day you use it. The San Francisco Fisherman's
Wharf Pass must be presented for admission at each attraction and tickets
may not be removed from the book prior to admission. Tickets are good for
general admission during normal operating hours. Special events are excluded.
Call attraction in advance to confirm operating times and dates. Facilities
may close for special events and holidays without notice. San Francisco
Fisherman's Wharf Pass is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

subject to change. All information is current at time of printing but is
subject to change. Please call attractions to confirm operating hours and
dates.

refunds or exchanges will be provided. First Day of use must be before

Agents assume no responsibility for delays or operational changes caused
by accidents, traffic, breakdown, weather, conditions of roads, bays, oceans,
long ticket lines, special events, holidays and any other conditions beyond
their control, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
Wharf Pass reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute
any service and to decline to accept or continue to accommodate any tour
members at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient
number of participants. Tour Carriers and operators shall not be liable
for any inconvenience, loss or damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity
which may be the result of defect or through the acts or omissions of any
person or company performing or rendering the services. These firms are
not responsible for any changes or increased costs incurred by passengers
as a result of the cancellation of services due to be provided by its agents
or suppliers for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient
number of participants. All travel documents and vouchers are issued subject
to these terms and conditions by Wharf Pass, its agents and suppliers.
WharfPass child age is 5-11. Children ages 3-4 will be required to pay Child Admission at the Aquarium of the Bay USS Pampanito and Turbo Ride. Children 1-4 will be required to pay admission at the San Francisco Carousel. Children 5-11 are free at the Boudin Museum.
